This time it’s a Yoga Nidra, a deep relaxation meditation which is taken laying down. This meditation practice is often used to help promote a deep sleep, hence being taken laying down or in your bed.
If you fall asleep great, but I do also talk you out of the relaxation if you need to carry on with your day afterwards.
It’s a bit longer than the others, around 25 mins as it more about relaxation than mental clarity or calming the mind.
I hope you are feeling some benefit from these uploads, especially at time of posting we are entering into our 5th week of lockdown in the UK and hopefully you have all started to give yourself time to sit and breath and take some time for yourselves.
